Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Antoto ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use Antoto on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
1. The Service
Antoto is a multi-tenant platform that lets car-export businesses manage inventory, generate share links and QR codes, and subscribe to membership tiers. We provide the Service "as is" and strive for continuous availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
2. Accounts & responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
- You must use the Service only for lawful business purposes and may not upload unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent content.
- Each company's data is isolated; you are responsible for the data you and your team members enter under your company.
3. Membership & payments
- We offer Free, Standard, and Premium tiers. Features, prices, and billing cycles are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed on the web through a third-party provider (e.g. Alipay). By paying you agree to that provider's terms.
- Downgrades do not delete your data; they may limit features above your plan. Renewal restores full access immediately.
- Refund eligibility follows the payment provider's policy and applicable consumer law.
4. Content & license
You retain ownership of the data and photos you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. Share links you generate may be viewed by anyone with the link.
5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your company's data. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or unlawful use.
